Robert Perlitz - CEO

HH ARNOLD High School Wiesbaden Germany (US AIR BASE) (1962). Robert is an accomplished businessman with immense experience and success. Robert’s skill and ability to see trends and act on life changing opportunities has enabled him to exploit and bring projects to profit in the most timely and fortuitous manner. His main areas of success have been Retail Computer sales (1970-1985 Computer Land), Robert financed and constructed the Omega Complex in Frankfurt Germany (1980-1993) and since 1999 has been engaged in prospecting and procurement of gold properties in the Yukon area, Canada heading up Perlitz & Ptn. Prospecting mainly in the historic Cariboo Gold Rush region, Canada identifying 3 proprietary new discovery Gold Channels.
John Earl - Managing Director
A serial entrepreneur, administrator and project manager, John has personally built several successful businesses from the ground up. He is a highly effective net-worker and team builder. John built up a significant document storage and electronic data business, serving many of the largest City law firms and accounting practices, as well as UK Health authorities and other highly sensitive clients. John is a director and owner of Techmasters Security Services, a highly specialist supplier of technical security services to hedge funds and banks as well as the UK Police, IPCC and other UK government agencies. His other clients include big oil in the form of BP and Shell, several shipping majors (including shipping protection and armed anti-piracy tasks), specialist security projects in Nigeria and the Caspian region, Formula One motor racing teams, World Cup venues and other sporting related projects, together with tasks for many high profile, high net worth clients and various celebrities.
Richard J Walker – Director
Richard J. Walker, CEO | Co-Owner MeridLife Supplement Group, Exclusive California Wine Broker for Costco Asia Warehouses, Asia Marketing Director Koh Coconut Beverages. Richie was a renown and successful radio host on Taiwan’s leading all English channel, ICRT FM 100 from 1987~2004. A prominent member of the American Chamber of Commerce, restaurant/bar owner and co-owner of a chain of Hawaiian style coffee shops called The Kona Connection. In 2004, he and investors in Bangkok created Thailand’s first ‘American’ pop-rock style radio station called 98.5 Breeze FM where he again was the anchor host of the top drive time Morning Show. Leaving radio behind and having sold the station in 2009 to Luck Media Inc., a leading Thai media company, to create the MeridLife Supplement Group which currently has numerous supplement products for humans and pets throughout Costco Asia; Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China. In the Thailand market, MeridLife supplements are sold in Watsons, Boots and other retailers. In 2012, became an associate and Asia contact with the Canadian Gold Mining Group. Currently invested in and key advisor for BABI International Co. Ltd,, a top worldwide food & beverage distributor with offices in Taipei, Thailand and New York.
Jacob Nel - Commercial Director
Jacob has held numerous C level and senior management roles over the past 12 years in the financial sector, ranging from leading investment teams to being part of teams raising finance for mining companies from the exploration stage through to eventual IPOs on the Australian Stock Exchange. He is recognised by international financial regulators (UK FCA and Australian ASIC) as a key SM&CR on regulatory licenses in the UK and Australia for his experience and qualifications. He is also a cofounder and CEO of Xprime Markets, a financial wealth and brokerage firm to institutions and ultra-high net worth investors. Jacob is skilled in business development into emerging markets, in Australasia and through greater Asia to Europe, he understands the many challenges of dealing with different jurisdictions and regulators and adapting business structures to local laws and regulations. A member of the Australian Securities Investment Commission, he holds a BCom in Financial Economics from Massey University in Auckland with a post graduate degree in econometrics, alongside Diplomas in Managed Investments and Securities, and specialist knowledge in Derivatives and Foreign Exchange.
